The Mirabile Visu house is located just in front of the magnificent Ballena Bay, in the Pacific Central coast. The terrain is surrounded by abundant vegetation, and defined by two small rivers that cross each other at the north point of the property. And is precisely at this point were the project is located. The desire of the clients was to design a minimalist house adapted to the tropics, with very open spaces, for which we located almost all of the walls at the back side of the home, leaving the ocean view wide open. The great social area is separated from the private area with a large wall, a garden and a light entrance over the roof.
